We've made some changes!

As you may have noticed, we've made some changes to the DevCenter to include the new Exchange site, a code community for Ektron developers. You may use the same username and password to login for both the Exchange and DevCenter. Your DevCenter profile has moved over to the Exchange site. You also may notice we have removed some profile functionality in favor of new functionality, including Activity Streams. We welcome your feedback about the site on the Exchange forum.

Hello,

Following the instructions in:

http://dev.ektron.com/forum.aspx?g=posts&t=29343

I've set up Google Analytics on our Intranet, and it is working, as I can log into the account on google and see the data coming in.

However, when I try to access the reports in the workarea of the CMS I get:

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

I have encrypted the user name and password using the tool mentioned in the above forum thread and I've double checked them as well. I'm not getting the 403 error mentioned in the thread, but a 401 instead.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Answering my own question:

It was the ProfileID that was wrong.  I had used the id that was in the URL as I viewed the screen of web profiles. This was wrong.

I instead had to drill into the proper profile and get the id from that URL.  Just to note for anyone, your ProfileId is not equal to the centre number of your User Account Id!

Thank you for the tips.
